COLIN BIGGERS & PAISLEY IS PROUD TO HOST THE WOMEN'S LEGAL SERVICES NSW TRAINING SESSIONS FOR COMMUNITY WORKERS

September 27,2019
On Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 September the Sydney office proudly hosted the Women's Legal Service NSW full day training sessions for community workers on Domestic Violence and the Law, and Family Law.

The workshops where run by experienced solicitors from Women's Legal Services NSW.  The aim of the training sessions is to provide community workers with the necessary tools to increase their confidence in identifying legal issues and providing accurate legal information and referrals.

During the two days, more than 50 community workers learnt about updates and changes to the law through the use of examples, case studies and practical activities, while having the opportunity to network and share their experiences with other participants.
