Karen Iles has joined Colin Biggers & Paisley as the Director of Pro Bono and Responsible Business, based in the Sydney office.
Karen is an expert in Corporate Social Responsibility leadership. She has experience across multiple industries including corporate, not-for-profit and government.

Karen’s expertise has been built through many and varied business roles, where her contributions have impacted organizations, social institutions, employees and individuals for significant transformation.
Karen was recently Head of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) where she successfully designed and led the first CSR strategy for TCS in Australia and New Zealand. This resulted in TCS being named in the Top 10 Companies for CSR by the Australian Centre for CSR (2017) and First Place Corporate Social Responsibility Awards (2016) by the Australian Institute of Human Resources.
Her work designing and leading the Diversity and Inclusion programs for women in technology also resulted in the achievement of the Global CSR Platinum Award for Women’s Empowerment (2016).

Karen has a Bachelor of Laws from University of Technology Sydney as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Women’s Studies) from Macquarie University.
Karen is a member of Law Society of NSW and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
