VICTOR BORZILLO TAKES UP CHAIN REACTION’S FUNDRAISING CHALLENGE

Colin Biggers & Paisley partner Victor Borzillo will don his cycling gear and join 45 other senior executives to participate in the Queensland Chain Reaction fundraising event. This year’s challenge is a 1,000 kilometre bike ride between Sydney and Brisbane held over seven days, which will raise much needed funds that will save and brighten the lives of seriously ill children and their families.

Chain Reaction aims to raise in excess of $1,000,000 to fund early intervention programs for children with autism at AEIOU Foundation, as well as contribute to the funding of the refurbishment of Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland.

The event will start in Sydney on Saturday 29 April and finish in Brisbane on Friday 5 May. Throughout the seven days, riders will take on some carefully selected stages across a variety of spectacular terrains, including rolling country roads, coastal views, national parks and hinterland.

Since its inception in 2007, Chain Reaction has raised over $19 million for children’s charities from its fundraising rides in Australia and New Zealand. Its mission is to challenge riders to use their standing in the business community and their networks to raise a pre-determined minimum amount in personal donations. You can find out more about Chain Reaction on its website.

This is Victor’s first time participating in a Chain Reaction event and we wish him well. He has committed to raising a minimum of $5,000 and if you would like to sponsor Victor, you can do so via his rider profile.
